Help Slay the Stigma
#SlayTheStigma and #DustDepression are hashtags created by Nicholas Brendon to help and offer hope and encouragement to those fighting society’s stigmas. When you share empowering words, quotes, or images related to standing up against the forces of evil stigmas or to stake the demons of depression, please add the hashtags. It doesn’t matter if you’re personally affected; change needs to happen. Check out Slay The Stigma Facebook page.
During online or in-person events, Nicky is always open to individuals reaching out. Larry is happy to join his supportive platform and welcomes questions and comments in an effort to help as well. You can find resources and peer support on the Nicholas Brendon Mental Health Advocate Facebook Group.

While awaiting up-coming knee surgeries, Nicky has been enjoying cooking for the household, painting old patio furniture and restoring old dressers, landscaping and improving the back porch which overlooks their creek and Nicky’s newest addition…his hand built fire-pit sanctuary!
