FAQ’s:

What time should I arrive and what should I expect when I get there?

*Most people arrive just in time for the door opening. Then look around for other Buffy fans…and get to know each other. (They are typically easy to find! You might see a Sunnydale High shirt, a wooden stake, or a yellow crayon. We are all friends in the Buffyverse…unless you are a vampire, in which case we expect you to show proof of behavior modification chip or soul!)
*Next, everybody has a good time hanging out with Nicky!
*Then we have autographs and selfies with Nicky to top off the night. There will be 8 X 10 photos available for your autograph which is included in the VIP ticket price. If you prefer to bring something to be signed instead, that’s fine too!

What can I bring into the event?

*Bring yourself!!! If you have a VIP ticket, you are also welcome to bring your own item to be autographed but if you don’t have something specific Nicholas will be bringing 8 X 10 photographs.

What’s the refund policy?

*Refunds are only issued if the entire event is cancelled.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

*Not necessary but never hurts. The organizer will have a list of names to cross check against but if you feel more comfortable you can bring a printed ticket or have your order confirmation ready on your phone.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferable?

*Yes, tickets are transferable. Just email Theresa@NickyBrendon.com with the information regarding the name of the purchaser and the name of the person that will be attending with that ticket.

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

*Yes, that’s not a problem. Just email Theresa@NickyBrendon.com with the information regarding the correct name of the person that will be attending with that ticket.

What is the photography policy at the event?

*Attendees are welcome to take pictures during the event! Any posed pictures with Nicky will be taken at the end but general photography during the night is fine. Nicky and his team may also be broadcasting live or taking photos and video during the event to share on social media.  If you prefer not to be in video or photographed, please let the team know when you arrive.

Will you have merchandise for sale?

*Merchandise is available for sale at select events (best to email and find out as inventory on the trip tends to disappear quickly!) but the below items are available for purchase through Nicky’s webstore.

What if I want additional autographs, photographs, or a video message?

*Glad you asked! Autographs, selfies, and video messages can be purchased (cash or credit) for an additional charge at the end of the evening.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

*Depends on the venue. The event itself is suitable for all ages but some venues will have specific rules about children being in the venue after a certain time. Be sure to call the venue directly to confirm age requirements but all other questions should be sent to Theresa@NickyBrendon.com
